Typically, we do not require any additional documents once the registration process is successfully completed.
In the event that we require additional documents, you will be notified through one of the registered contact methods on your account.
If you are requested to upload documents, to complete the registration process, please follow the instructions on your screen, after filling out the registration form. If you have previously started the registration process, you can continue by logging in, using the credentials you used the last time you started your registration.
Please make sure that if you are requested to upload an identification document, you will upload one of the following Government issued documents:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- ID card
Bear in mind that all four corners of the document must be visible, the image must be clear, readable and must not be edited through additional software. All provided documents, must be valid.
