Requesting a withdrawal is simple. Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:
- Click on your avatar.
- Click on "Cashier".
- Click "Withdraw".
- Click the payment method you would like to withdraw from, enter the amount and click "Next".
- A pop-up will appear asking you if you sure want to withdraw.
- Click "Accept" and you will be directed to another page where you confirm your card details and then click "Withdraw".
Once a withdrawal has been requested you will be taken to a page with details of your request.
- Click "Back to Site".
- Click "Back to Site" and you will be taken back to the cashier page where you’ll see a pop-up confirming your withdrawal request.
- Click "OK" and you’ll be able to see you’re pending withdrawal. To cancel your withdrawal just click "Cancel Withdrawal Request".
